Harassment, Intimidation, & Bullying (HIB) Information

Beginning with the September 2011-2012 school year, our district has conscientiously implemented the requirements in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. While completing the Self-Assessment we have found that our district has demonstrated strengths in many areas while areas for improvement were also identified. To report a Harassment, Intimidation, & Bullying incident, click the links below and email to the building principal and Mrs. Deb Tierney or Mrs. Jen Borusovic.  Note, reporting family members and school staff must complete Form 338 found via the links below.
